Prof. Tarek Salah has had experience in Living Donor Liver Transplantation for 20 years. He is currently professor of surgery in Liver Transplantation Program at Mansoura University.
Prof. Salah graduated from medical school 1992. He has master and doctoral degrees in surgery. He completed liver transplantation fellowship at Hospital Eduard Herriot, Lyon, France, under supervision of Prof. Olliver Boillot (from November 2003 to February 2004).
Prof. Salah is an active member in many international transplant societies in the field of liver transplantation and Hepatopancreatobiliary is surgery. He has given many lectures in national and international meetings in liver surgery field. His research interests include transplantation for liver tumors, pediatric liver transplant and safety and ethical metrics of living donation.
